Call for PhD Research Proposals – Organizational Sciences Doctoral Colloquium
Empowering emerging researchers through dialogue, feedback, and interdisciplinary exchange
PhD students in the fields of natural sciences, engineering sciences, and social sciences are hereby invited to submit their research proposals for participation in the interdisciplinary Doctoral Colloquium. The preliminary agenda begins with an introductory tutorial on literature review, followed by a presentation and discussion, and concludes with a final discussion and closing remarks.

Submissions should be prepared in the form of a presentation (maximum of 15 slides) and submitted electronically to symorg.doc@fon.bg.ac.rs no later than May 31, 2026.
All submitted proposals will be evaluated by the Doctoral Colloquium Committee and authors of selected submissions will be invited to present their research before the Committee. Each presentation will be allocated 12 minutes, followed by an 8-minute discussion. The selection process will be guided by the objective of ensuring a broad and balanced representation of research areas and approaches.
All PhD students are encouraged to participate in the Doctoral Colloquium, as well as in the broader SYMORG conference, to gain valuable academic feedback, explore potential research collaborations, and further develop their professional networks.
Participation in the Doctoral Colloquium and all other conference activities is covered by the student fee.
